The Ashfield Metal Detecting Club usually meet at 7.30pm on the first Monday in each month at The Rifle Volunteer, Forest Road, Sutton In Ashfield, Nottinghamshire The aims of the club are to promote, protect and encourage the hobby of metal detecting and historical research. The club organises regular mid week and occasional Sunday searches which are well attended. There is a 'Find of the Month' (each month surprisingly), raffles, social events, guest speakers and a club library amongst other things. |
